A home for troubled teenage girls is overwhelmed by demonic possessions, and Dr. Olivia Beckett is called in to help. She quickly realizes the Devil is at work. Gathering a new team of exorcists to save the four possessed girls, she soon discovers that one of them may be possessed by an ancient ally-Father Ryland.
