Against all odds

In 1944, in Japanese-occupied Hong Kong, an American Flying Tigers pilot is shot down. A local communist guerrilla unit, aided by an undercover Party agent, organizes a risky rescue mission: extracting the pilot from a makeshift prison inside a bowling alley while simultaneously carrying out an operation to assassinate a high-ranking Japanese officer.
